The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, they are conducting enquiry. 3.The nature of the complaint appears to be a business transaction. The respondent Police are not having any jurisdiction to interfere in the business transaction.
