ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl .OP. No. 9922 of 2019 dated 18/07/2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl .OP. No. 9922 of 2019 dated 18/07/2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl .OP. No. 9922 of 2019 dated 18/07/2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders sd/- 26/08/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
