Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.THALAIMUTHURASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Court by order dated 04.01.2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. However, the petitioner has not complied with the said conditions and not executed the sureties. Now, the petitioner has filed the present petitions to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the above criminal original petition and to extent the time limit. However, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that during the pendency of the petitions, the petitioner was arrested.
