O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondens to grant permission for conducting Village level flood light Kabadi Tournament to be held on 24.08.2019 at about 8.00 A.M. to 25.08.2019 at about 11.00 P.M. in Mariamman Thidal, North Sithambur Village, V.Sithambur Post, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the Village level flood light Kabadi Tournament to be held on 24.08.2019 at about 8.00 A.M. to 25.08.2019 at about 11.00 P.M. in Mariamman Thidal, North Sithambur Village, V.Sithambur Post, Trichy District, the petitioner made a representation on 16.08.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
