ORDER

The above petition has been filed the petitioner/wife for transferring H.M.O.P.No.118 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur to the Family Court, Madurai. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered. However, he would submit that since the respondent is working as a sales representative at Chennai, his presence before the trial Court may be dispensed with. 3.Recording the above submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petition in H.M.O.P.No.118 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. It is made clear that the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, shall not insist upon the presence of the respondent for every hearing, except for adducing evidence. No costs.
