ORDER

The petitioner, with an intent to conduct a meeting of his community on account of celebrating the birthday event of the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Karmaveerar Kamarajar, submitted a representation dated 19.06.2025 to the respondent Police, seeking permission and provide police protection. Since the said representation has not been considered by the respondent Police, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has submitted the representation only on 19.06.2025 and the same is under consideration. He further submits that they would consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders within two days from today.
