2.Mr.Jeyamohan, learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that the entire amount has been received by the defacto complainant. 3.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous, accordingly and in view of the settlement that was reached between the parties, the respondent police may close the enquiry as settled.
