For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail Crime no.185/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 of IPC and Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.185 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute, the accused have attacked the defacto complainant and his wife with wooden log. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocents, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that in this case, two persons sustained injuries. One person sustained grievous injuries and another person sustained fracture, who is still taking treatment in the hospital.

CRL OP(MD). No.14829 of 2021 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners and also the fact that the victim is still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
