ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the retention of the name of the petitioner as a history sheeter in Serial.No.35 of 2014.

2.The learned Government Advocate for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the name of the petitioner has already been removed from the list of the history sheet by the Inspector of Police, Thiruvattar Police Station on 10.10.2018. The learned Government Advocate has also produced the relevant proceedings, wherein, the name of the petitioner has been removed from the history sheet record.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition and the writ petition is disposed of by recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate. No costs.
