Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.D.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12812 of 2020, dated 23.11.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
