ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS of BNS , in Crime No.205 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, 1/4
seeks anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the offences involved in this case are bailable offences. Therefore, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail by this Court.
3.This Court also perused the records. As per the FIR the the case was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 329(4), 287, 326, 324(4) and 351(3) of BNS. All the above said offences are bailable in nature. Therefore, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail by this Court. 4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
