Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the fourth respondent District Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.1383/a2/2015 dated 30.10.2015, quash the same and further direct the District Educational officer to approve forthwith the appointment of S.Saritha as Lab Assistant and A.Sivathanu as Office Assistant in the petitioner's school w.e.f., the date of their appointments viz., 24.10.2013 and 24.02.2014 respectively, with all attendant benefits including arrears of salary and allowances.
