Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of his representation dated 16.08.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of his representation dated 16.08.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
