This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, challenging the fair and decreetal order passed in I.D.O.P.No.21 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai dated 25.07.2024.

2.Notice has been served on the first respondent and the name of the first respondent has been printed in the cause list, however, there is no appearance either in person or through the counsel. This Court is dispensing with notice insofar as the second respondent is concerned. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned. 5.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission on 10.06.2026.
