This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.5836 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
