O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, Madurai District to re-open the F.I.R in Crime No.100 of 2013 pending on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Karuppayurani Police Station, Madurai District so as to proceed further.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner against one Jeyapriya has been closed on 07.12.2015.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this regard he has not received any intimation from the respondent police or from the Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11881 of 2019 4.In view of the above, this Criminal original Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to serve intimation with regard to the closure report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such receipt of the copy of the intimation, the petitioner is entitled to proceed in accordance with law.
