O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This Suo Motu Contempt Proceedings is initiated on the basis of the direction issued in the order dated 20.06.2023 against the respondent/contemnor, to punish him for his interference with the administration of justice by suppression of facts. 2.

The contemnor has filed an affidavit before this Court tendering unconditional apology.

This Court having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, is inclined to accept the apology and discharge the contemnor from this contempt proceedings. The contemnor is given liberty to file fresh writ petition impleading necessary parties with correct particulars.
