O RDER This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 8 to consider the final reminder of the petitioner dated 25.08.2021, wherein the petitioner sought for initiation appropriate action forthwith as regards misappropriation of public funds sanctioned by the UGC towards B.Voc Degree Programme Scheme by conducting proper enquiry and securing all original documents.
2.The petitioner was an Associate Professor at the relevant point of time and he by now, would have retired from the services of the 9th respondent College. In view of the same, it is not necessary for this Court to go into the issue that has been raised in the writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
