ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.663 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced the copy of the passport. It is seen from the passport that the petitioner is not present in India on the date of occurrence. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet on 17.10.2020 and the same has not been taken on file. He would further submit that the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the charge sheet.
