ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner alleges that on the petition mentioned land no commercial complex should come up. The fourth respondent who is one of the trustees has given an application for putting up only a residential complex. The case of the writ petitioner is that in violation of the approved plan, commercial complex is coming up. Seeking intervention of the authority, the petitioner has moved the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned representation after giving notice to the fourth respondent. Such an order will be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
