RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11192 of 2021 order dated 25/8/2021 on the file of this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.MAHABOOB ATHIFF, Advocate for M/s. AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11192 of 2021, dated 25.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 14.09.2021, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police. He further submitted that the case was transferred to Economic Offence Wing, Trichy.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11192 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8030 of 2021 2021, dated 25.08.2021 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
