Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.ESAKKI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6882 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11326 of 2021, dated 09.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, without fail. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and also the fact that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is made ready.

4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
