ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble R.VIJAYAKUMAR J.) The present review application has been filed by the State seeking to review the order passed by this Court in WA(MD)No.653 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020, wherein co-ordinate bench of this Court had dismissed the writ appeal directing the

authorities to take into consideration 50% of the part time service of the Vocational Instructor for reckoning the pensionary benefits. The said order is sought to be reviewed in the present review application.

2. Pending the review application, the order of the co-ordinate bench has been complied with and compensation has been issued by the Office of the Accountant General on 10.10.2023.

3. In view of the compliance, nothing survives to be adjudicated and this review application is closed.
