Respondents/ Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur to proceed the case expeditiously pending in I.A.No. 542 of 2021 in D.V.C No. 12 of 2020 on the file of Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur and dispose the case within stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur to proceed the case pending on his file in I.A.No. 542 of 2021 in D.V.C No. 12 of 2020 expeditiously and dispose of the same within the time framed fixed by this Court.

2. In a recent judgment of this Court, in batch of cases in Dr.P.Padmanaban and other Vs Monica and Another 2021-1-MLJ Crl. 311, a direction has been issued to all the Courts, which are dealing with domestic violence case to complete the process within 3 months. It is seen that a circular is also made ready. Since a direction was issued to all the trial Courts on the above said subject matter, no further direction or consideration can be taken by this Court.

3. For the reasons stated above, since there is already a direction, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the case, as referred to above.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
