This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.395 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The petitioner is the first accused in the above said matter. (*) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant enquiry has been undertaken and during the course of enquiry it was found that it is a factual mistake, upon which, the complaint has been given. So it was closed and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant on 04.05.2019 itself.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No15497 of 2021 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
