Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2019 and allot GPF Account Number to the petitioner and to remit the contribution recovered from the petitioner under Contributory Pension Scheme into the GPF Account and to pass orders to count 50 per cent of the petitioner's service rendered on NMR daily wage basis from 24.04.1991 to 11.06.2006 along with his regular service from 12.06.2006 to the date of retirement, for grant of pension of the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 (Old Pension Scheme) within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
