ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent. He had already moved the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's appeal and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall necessarily put the fourth respondent and other stakeholders on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
