Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner and complete the same within a reasonable period of time as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The limited prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to the charge memo, dated 19.05.2017.
2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the Enquiry Officer has submitted his report and that if three months' time is granted, they would conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner.
3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner herein pursuant to the charge memo, dated 19.05.2017, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Writ Petition stands ordered accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
