ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of the leaned Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, made in O.S.No.63 of 2016, dated 02.12.2016.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent has willfully violated the compromise decree.

3. In our considered view, if there is any violation of the Court order or judgment and according to the petitioner it is contempt of the said order or judgment, then it would be appropriate for the petitioner to move the concerned Court by way of appropriate application seeking for directions to punish the persons, who has violated the order.

4. Therefore, we are of the view that this contempt petition need not be entertained by us at this juncture. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to move the leaned Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town by way of appropriate application and if the same is filed, the Court may consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P(MD)No.1220 of 2019 application on merits and pass orders as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
