2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has filed a petition before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the FIR in Crime No.24 of 2021 and the FIR was quashed by this Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
