2. The prayer in the writ petition is for directing the official respondents to reject the application of respondents 3 and 4 for plan approval. It is now stated that plan approval was granted on 28.07.2021. It is for the petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law. Leaving open the writ petitioner's rights, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
