Heard Mr.R.Geethanjali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and Ms.K.Hema Karthikeyan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to disburse all the retirement benefits in pursuant to the order dated 31.05.2021 along with interest at the rate of 12%.
3.The petitioner was allowed to retire from service on 31.05.2021. However, his retirement benefits have not yet been disbursed to him. Hence, he has filed this writ petition.

4.The learned Standing counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that necessary proposal has been sent to the third respondent for disbursal of the retirement benefits to the petitioner. The third respondent returned the same seeking certain clarification and the same will be resubmitted shortly. 5.This Court is of the view that no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to conclude the process of pension proposal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to resubmit the pension proposal of the petitioner to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent shall consider and pass orders for disbursing the pension along with eligible interest, if any, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks therefrom.
