Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2.The first respondent herein filed D.V.C.No.9 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur. The petitioner herein has been arrayed as second respondent in his capacity as father-in-law. The petitioner is aged about 81 years. Though I am not inclined to strike of the compliant, I grant relief in favour of the petitioner by dispensing with his personal appearance. The petitioner will have to appear only on the date when the order is to be passed. On other hearing dates, the petitioner can very well be represented by his counsel. This benefit of this order will stand vacated, if the petitioner's counsel fails to appear. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur is directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.9 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
