Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to sub divide and demarcate the land situated in Survey No.223/6, 223/7, 224/13, 224/14, 224/15 at M.Athappampatty Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District and issue separate patta belonging to the petitioner by considering the representation dated.07.05.2019 within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to sub divide and demarcate the land situated in Survey No.223/6, 223/7, 224/13, 224/14, 224/15 at M.Athappampatty Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District and issue separate patta belonging to the petitioner by considering the representation dated.07.05.2019 within the period stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.N.Sathish Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3.In order to measure the land for the purpose of sub-division and demarcation in Survey No.223/6, 223/7, 224/13, 224/14, 224/15 at M.Athappampatty Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, the petitioner had given a representation on 07.05.2019. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, if the said representation is decided by the respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.
4.I have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the said representation 07.05.2019 of the petitioner would be decided on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.18309 of 2019 merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any, within a time frame. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition, with the consent of both the parties, at the stage of admission itself, with the following direction: "The respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, of course, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any, by giving them separate notices and accordingly, final order shall be passed by the respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
