ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to file the final report in Crime No.407 of 2013 on the file of the respondents within a time limit as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No.407 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 465, 468 and 471 I.P.C and filed the final report as 'Action Dropped' on 13.09.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyur and RCS notice is also served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report filed by the respondent police in the manner known to law. 17.08.2022 Internet: Yes/No Index : Yes/No cp 2/4
