ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, the son of the petitioner has involved in criminal cases. Now under the guise of conducting investigation with regard to the cases, in which the petitioner's son said to have involved, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's son has involved in criminal cases and now he is absconding. Only in order to search the son of the petitioner, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry. He would further submit that the petitioner's son was arrested now and the second respondent has not harassed the petitioner.

5. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. Considering the fact that the petitioner's son has been arrested, the second respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.
