Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of constitution of India praying this Court to direct the Trial Court to dispose the petition filed in H.M.O.P.No.11 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar on or before the stipulated date fixed by this Honourable Court.
ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar vide in letter D.No.342 dated 05.05.2022, this Court made the following order:
The learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar, sent a letter dated 05.05.2022, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.11 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.12.2020.
2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 05.05.2022, a further time of four months is granted from today to dispose of HMOP.No.11 of 2019.
