The petitioner claims that she has submitted an application on 19.06.2023 before the respondents for surveying his lands in Survey No.519/21, situated at Thottiyapatti, V.Idayapatti Village, Thiruvarangurichi Sub Register Office, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District and however, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, she has filed the present writ petition.

2. Mr.M.Sarangan, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the application is under process and the respondents will take appropriate decision within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
