Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India Praying to direct the Trial Court to dispose the petition filed in G.W.O.P.No.3 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Court, Virudhunagar on or before the stipulated date fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter received from Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar, in D.No.922/2021 dated 23/04/2021 seeking two months time to dispose, this Court made the following order: The Civil Revision Petition is listed today, under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 23.12.2020 has directed the learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar to dispose of the G.W.O.P. No.3 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Subsequently, the learned Subordinate Judge has submitted the requistion, dated 23.04.2021, seeking two months further time, stating that the case stands posted for arguments. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District Judge, this Court is inclined to grant time as sought for and accordingly two months time is granted to dispose of the G.W.O.P. No.3 of 2019 from 01.06.2021.
