PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.489 of 2022 and complete the same within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 16.08.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.489 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1130, dated 31.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order, dated 16.08.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 16.08.2024. 30.01.2026 cmr To The Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli.
