O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 01.12.2020 lodged before the first respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner was that he was the forced to give a compliant against one Martin before the second respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the FIR in Crime No.1415 of 2020 registered on the basis of the petitioner's complaint was investigated and the final report was filed and the same was taken as C.C.No.44/2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur. Subsequently, trial was conducted and the accused in C.C.No. 44/2021 were acquitted.
