ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks restoration of the petition mentioned electricity service connection for his shop. It appears that objection was raised from temple claiming title and ownership over the property. The learned counsel for the petitioner would claim that suit as well as first appeal filed by the temple were dismissed. Be that as it may, the petitioner as a occupier of the shop in question is entitled to supply of electricity. Subject to fulfillment of requirements set out in Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code, the respondents are directed to restore the petition mentioned electricity service connection for the petitioner's shop. If for certain reasons, the pending application cannot be processed, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application.
