O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Contractor of the second respondent University challenging the order passed under Section 7-A of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

2. A perusal of the grounds reveal that the petitioner has questioned the order of the first respondent on merits. The petitioner is having an effective 2/5

alternative statutory appeal remedy under Section 7 - I of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

3. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. In case, if an appeal is presented on or before 20.08.2025, the appellate authority is directed to entertain the appeal without any reference to the period of limitation.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
