This Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 5576 of 2022 dated 01.07.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin, dismissing the petition filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the fifth respondent would submit that subsequently FIR came to be registered in Crime No.498 of 2022 on 19.08.2022 for the offences under Sections 448, 294(b), 427 and 506(2) IPC against three named persons and one JCB driver.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the same may be recorded and revision may be dismissed. 2/4
