ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners /Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3
police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) and 109 BNS, 2023, in Cr.No. 369 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute between the parties, the petitioners said to have abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also assaulted her and her husband and caused injury. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of injury and the fact that the injured is still in hospital, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5.Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
