ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that the 3rd respondent has stolen her vehicle and also criminally intimidated her everyday, has filed this petition, seeking police protection.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has borrowed money from the 3rd respondent by giving the original RC book. Having given the original RC book with the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has now lodged a complaint as against the 3rd respondent that he has stolen her vehicle. Considering the fact that the petitioner has borrowed money from the 3rd respondent by giving the original RC book, they have not taken any action on the petitioner's complaint.

3. In view of the said submission, this Court is not inclined to grant police protection as sought for in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall prosecute her complaint in the manner known to law.
