Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4676/2014/Vu Va 9 dated 10.2.2014 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Panchayat Secretary by regularizing his suspension period and pay all monetary benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 26.09.2016, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:- "We have filed the above writ petition on behalf of my client namely P.Pandian for challenging the order of suspension. Now I came to understand my client was reinstated on the same post. Therefore, I request you list the above matter under the withdrawal caption. Hence, I request you good office to list the writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.3328 of 2016 posting under the withdrawal caption on Tuesday (27.09.2016)."
