2. The petitioner claims to be a press reporter. He wants free bus pass to be issued to him. He had given a representation to the third respondent for recommending his case.

3. The third respondent will dispose of the petitioner's request on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
