Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2016 to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2016 to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is seen that this petitioner is being unnecessarily harassed by one Seenichamy S/o Subbunayakkar and 6 others who are living in the Southern side of her property and therefore, she has sought for police protection.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations made in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that it is a fit case to direct the petitioner to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent. On such complaint being made, the second respondent police is directed to enquire into the complaint and take action in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction,this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
