ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 11.07.2023 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking to quash the case in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2021 on the file of the learned Special Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions submits that, the judgment in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2021 was pronounced by the learned Special Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District on 18.03.2025 and the case ended in acquittal.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
